Restaurant Terms & Conditions

Indoor/outdoor dining duration is up to 3 hours

Entrance fees apply to only pool and beach access

No minimum spend is required

No Food and Beverage redemptions.

All reservations will only be retained for 30 minutes before being given to another visitor.

We reserve the right to release your table, sofa, sunbed, or cabana after the 30-minute grace period. There will be a cancellation fee and the booking will be canceled.

Cancellation policy

Please contact SĀN Beach Dubai for a reservation request less than 30 minutes prior to the time of arrival, otherwise, a refund of 50% will be automatically issued.

Below 21 Policy

*Children below 16 years old are not permitted on the entire premise.  All guests between the age of 16 to 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Parking

Our valet service is now located closer to SĀN, at the NH Collection Dubai The Palm. You can also be dropped off by Taxi here.
Please validate your valet ticket at our reception before leaving.
Pool and beach bookings may be modified within one month of the initial reservation date.

Pool and beach accesses are closed from sunset as per The Club Management guidelines.
No food or beverages are allowed to be brought from outside.
SĀN Beach is not responsible for inclement weather conditions
SĀN Beach shall not be held liable for any loss or damage
